i myself love horror movies @ the time that I’m watching them but I hate the memories they leave. This also made me think of this book by- I forgot- that started off by him saying that he makes sure his covers and blankets are tucked in so the things that go bump in the night don’t grab him.

nothing beats my experience as much as Silent Hill 4: the Room. I had a full dream where i was the first person in my own room that’s twisting. its sick and you know it. You didn’t dare to play the game.

God that must really have been horrifing for you. I had the same thing as a kid when I watched a B&W movie for Yousef Chaine called “El bab El7adid” or the Iron Door where he put a corpse in a cupboard and it was not closed properly and the blood seeped through the cracks since that day I can not sleep with a cupboard not closed properly. The things we expeierence as kids *sighs*

Its always little girl ghosts not boys in those films. Something about them makes them seem more evil.

For my brother it was the Chucky doll from those Child Play movies. One time when we were young he had a nightmare about it, woke up, saw me on my side of the room sleeping, thought I was Chucky and attacked me.

By the way, what was the name of that movie, after the way you described it now I have to see it.
