Genetically Reversed XD

Yes I lost weight again.

AAAAAAAAARGH

When Hamza came in April I was a zombie (as you’ve all seen). Since then I’ve been exercising and eating properly (all natural food) and I gained 9.5 kilos w00t!

But before my Lasik in a week I stopped exercising and until now I haven’t exercised… and I lost 2.5 kilos even though I have Iftar + dinner + su7oor.

So it looks like my body is Genetically Reversed – if I exercise, I gain weight, if I don’t, I lose weight!

meiosis 176x300 Genetically Reversed XD

Something wrong happened here… my parents should have read the Arabic or English manual. Damn foreign hotels!

So ultimately I share the main problem all humans do – we have to move our butts to reach our target weights LOL!

See… the world is fair :P

I think it’s something in the air dude, this is like the first ramadan that I’ve managed to lose a significant amount of weight in.  I’ve lost like 6 pounds in the 2 weeks.

  6. we gain weight from fat condensation and concentration and incorrect distribution! amma il shabab fa they need muscle mass to gain weight, so u shud keep going to the gym and eating properly, empty calories wont do u any good.

Salam…. just to explain to you why you *gained* weight when you exercised… only bcs u gained muscle weight.. relax, the gain will stop and u will start loosing, as a matter of fact i think u already started this stage when u said that u lost some lbs, beleive it or not u lost bcs u exercised, now that u have new muscles, work them and keep up the good work… u r on the right road to getting healthy…
    *cheers*

  11. Ali says:

Kinan, maybe you are gaining Muscle wieght?

  12. Jerusalem says:

The reason why some people gain weight is simple: consuming lots of food within the few hours we are not fasting and sleeping for long hours, or at least eating and going to bed right away..
Mostly I gain at least 1.5 kilos in ramadan but this ramadan I was blessed and gained nothing.. Maybe I even lost around 1-2 kilos.
I don’t think anybody can gain weight in this hot ramadan with long fasting hours..
Wallah you’re blessed, there are so many people who would wish to be genetically reversed like you

  13. Hani Obaid says:

Gah I wish my parents went to the same foreign hotel your parents went to :P

  16. Adiga Xtr says:

Dude, you simply have a high metabolism! Actually, exercise makes you gain weight (along with a proper diet) if you are a hardgainer. Exercise does wonders man; if you are obese you can lose weight when you exercise and conversely, if you are skinny you can gain weight!

Yeah as an Arab all the Knafeh goes straight to my hips haha, but I can’t risk not working out especially in Ramadan lol!!

  19. dubai jazz says:

KJ, the weight that you gain while excercising (i am assuming it’s a healthy physical excercise and not something banal like playing chess for example :P ) is always good.

  20. liesh inta gadiesh 3omrak? listen if ur younger than 30 then its normal, bokra u become above thirty and remember my words, there are few fat cells in the body that grow very attached to you, i sometimes think its intimate ah wallahi el 3azeem, no matter WHAT you do, nighsheen mashalla they will not leave you :( [PS lal amaneh el 3elmeyyeh, fat cells never increase or decrease in number, they just grow bigger or smaller[
w shoo kaman u dont have like regular humans? :)
