Weddings Unattended!

I’m missing out on two weddings, for two great friends of mine.

But I have my circumstances :(

So congratulations to dear buddy Amjad - the first of the “shilleh” to get married - as well as to my lifelong friend and brother Jihad, both of whom are getting married next week in Syria.

I would also like to say to both of them, from now, “I told you so” :P

3al baraka inshalla! I bet Syrian weddings are enjoyable, unlike Kuwaiti ones, which SUCK!

Anyway on a different note, Kinan I wanna ask you about SLR cameras..you see currently me owns a sony h3, but mafee good lenses that work on it, they’re all crappy. And I recently discovered Lensbabies (www.lensbabies.com) and many more potentially solid lenses, So I decided to get an SLR camera, which one would you pick between these two:

1. Canon EOS 450D Rebel XSI
2. Sony Alpha (Don’t even know which model is better between the Alpha’s)

Congratulations to them. I’ve missed out on so many of my family and friends because I’m out of the country. The time they’re at the wedding is soooo upsetting, you just watch the time pass and celebrate them in your heart :/ 3a2balak.

They’re enjoyable, but I don’t get to do anything because I am always the photographer LOL! But it is good cuz I always have exclusive access to the couple’s podium :D

Regarding your question, I don’t know anything about Sony cams… but I take my photos with the Canon 400D and I am satisfied with the quality. The 450 is the new version and it is awesome. You can check this website for comprehensive coverage: http://www.dpreview.com/

its a great feeling to miss on weddings man. aslan its not like the bride or the groom will be focused with you…

oh, and don’t give me all that crap about moral support. for me, weddings are another way of reminding me to buy new ties, shirts and suits to wear so that I don’t wear the ones that they already saw me wearing.
