    Most of the photos anywhere have been manipulated to bring out more colors and contrasts but there are no significant modifications (unless it is HDR). In any case they're all awesome

    The last one is truly a piece of art. I wonder how the photographer felt with that storm on the horizon!

    why all the pictures are in a low resolution? ya3ni do I have to ask for the print copy and pay money so that I can put it as a background picture for my laptop?

    No not really. The third one employs a mechanism called HDR (probably the most fake depending on how much "HDR" is applied). The others can be achieved by photographic filters. As a note, cameras also have a certain capacity to produce colors naturally. So a professional camera like the Canon 5D will produce a more vivid and beautiful shot than the entry-level and much more affordable Canon 400D for the same object.
